The restaurant required a low odour, fast drying clear floor coating. With less than 10 grams VOC per litre, virtually odourless, and very short dry time, Luxafloor ECO2 fulfilled the owner’s design brief. As soon as the coating had fully cured, Silt@Seaport was ready for business and the only odours the customers could detect were tempting food smells!

The Geelong Football Club's home stadium, Skilled Stadium, is protected against defacement by graffiti with Surfaceshield HD, an invisible surface treatment that prevents the penetration of graffiti, allowing the graffiti to be removed with moderate pressure hot water wash and graffiti removal agents.

Externals of water treatment tanks require protection against corrosion (or spalling, in the case of concrete tanks) and UV radiation. Water treatment tanks are usually painted in a dark green to help the tank "blend in" visually with the environment.
