ALMC Lytton Tank Farm tanks and piping externals were coated in 2005 with heavy duty protective coating system comprising Zincanode 304, an inorganic zinc silicate, Duramax GPE ZP, a two pack epoxy zinc phosphate and Luxathane R two pack gloss polyurethane. A coat of Durethane Low Sheen was then applied to achieve the perfect gloss level.

BP Burnie's tanks are protected with a heavy duty barrier protection comprising Durebild STE surface tolerant epoxy and Weathermax HBR high build recoatable polyurethane for effective protection against corrosion.

BP Fremantle's coastal location presents a corrosive environment. High performance barrier protection offers the most effective protection against corrosion.

Located in a Category C5-M (very high corrosivity - marine) environment, the Federation Walk water tank is coated with a strong combination of Duremax® and Weathermax® products, protecting the asset's interior and exterior.
