The precast concrete panels of Buckley St Essendon Rail Underpass require heavy duty protection against concrete carbonation (the major cause of concrete spalling) and defacement by graffiti. The coating system of Durebild STE surface tolerant epoxy, and topcoats Weathermax HBR (coloured polyurethane), Quantum FX (metallic polyurethane) and Quantum Clearcoat (clear gloss polyurethane) offers both, with eye-popping results! The concrete panels were painted in shop, then erected on site.

A protective coatings system was designed to suit Bunbury Lighthouse's harsh coastal location and distinctive chequered exterior.

Being in a moderately corrosive environment, the external structural steelwork of Bunnings Glenfield was protected with Zincanode 402, Duremax GPE and Weathermax HBR.

For structural steel beams that stretch across the ceiling of a Queensland Bunnings store, Dulux PC supplied a tried and tested system. A priming spray coat of Durepon EZP preceded a topcoat with Luxathane HPX.
