In 2007, the mill relining machines shown in the images happened to be the 100th painted by Dulux Protective Coatings, and to celebrate, the usual topcoat of Luxathane R polyurethane was replaced with Quantum FX metallic polyurethane in a gold colour.

A two-part approach to protect mine tanks from corrosion: an internal liner and a three-coat zinc-rich coating system, with thorough surface preparation for optimal adhesion.

This steelwork is protected with a heavy duty protective coating system comprising Zincanode 402 zinc rich primer, Duremax GPE epoxy intermediate coat and Weathermax HBR high build recoatable two pack polyurethane topcoat for protection against UV radiation, graffiti and moisture ingress.

Mirvac's Yarra's Edge at Docklands is subject to corrosive airborne salts and city pollution. The structural steelwork is therefore protected with an AS/NZS2312 "PUR5" protective coating system comprising Zincanode 402 zinc rich primer, Duremax GPE epoxy intermediate coat and Luxathane R two pack polyurethane topcoat for an aesthetically pleasing finish and protection against UV radiation, graffiti and moisture ingress.
