Curtin University provides both formal and informal spaces for students. The concrete floors were coated with Luxafloor® LGE and Luxafloor® PTX. Luxafloor® CP was then used to seal the floor and impart a deep gloss.

The steel eternal of the Dampier to Bunbury pipeline was painted in 2006 in Zincanode 202 zinc rich primer, followed by Durebild HSE high solids epoxy and topcoated with Luxathane R, now superseded by Luxathane® HPX a two pack polyurethane for UV resistance.
