Durebild STE and Weathershield have transformed a steel water tank into a local landmark, set to resist corrosion and UV for the long haul. Artist Chris Nixon explains why he uses our products.

Lithium Hydroxide Processing Plant chutes, tanks, and handrails sprayed with robust two step coatings system including Durepon EZP and Durebild STE MIO. The widely varying pH environments required an aluminium free solution for long term corrosion protection.

The Kempsey Amenities Block's sandstone block walls are protected against defacement by graffiti with Surfaceshield HD, an invisible surface treatment that prevents the penetration of graffiti, allowing the graffiti to be removed with moderate pressure hot water wash and graffiti removal agents. The sandstone's appearance is unaltered by the surface treatment, which prevents water ingress and water staining, yet allows the sandstone to breathe.

Kershaw Gardens features giant leaves, a futuristic steel orb for climbing, beautiful shade structures and other steel elements. The steelwork is protected against corrosion and weathering by Zincanode 402 zinc-rich primer, Duremax GPE epoxy intermediate coat and Luxathane SPX two pack satin polyurethane.

Perth's double staircase DNA Tower had corroded after 55 years of service. Duremax GPE ZP, Duremax HBE and Luxathane HPX were used to restore and protect, while Broadcast Aggregate added grip under foot.

Earthmoving equipment, including dump trucks, operate in extreme environments. Dulux PC was commissioned to meet the colour specification and weather resistant external paint requirements for the re-coat of a Komatsu 60 tonne capacity haul truck. Colour: custom 'Komatsu golden yellow'.
