The Gold Coast Cultural Precinct's central Stage is protected against corrosion with a heavy duty protective coating system comprising Zincanode 402, Duremax GPE MIO and Weathermax HBR. Both the intermediate and topcoat contain micaceous iron oxide (MIO) pigment, a layered mineral that imparts additional barrier protection and imparts a subtle metallic lustre that reflects light.

The maintenance painting of the 175 tonne Goliath mobile crane at the Australian Submarine Corporation required the heavy duty barrier protection of Durebild STE Glass Flake to protect the structure from corrosion. Weathermax HBR two pack polyurethane was applied as the finish coat to provide the corporate colour as well as protection against UV radiation.

Grape harvesters and other farm equipment require regular maintenance to keep them immaculate. Luxaprime UMP universal metal primer is a handy single pack tie coat that adheres well to most painted surfaces, and can be topcoated with either single pack or two pack topcoats, such as Luxthane R two pack polyurethane. These grape harvesters sport the Luxaprime UMP and Luxathane R topcoat system.
