ZINCANODE® 402 EXPRESS is a two-pack, zinc-rich epoxy primer designed to provide corrosion protection for steel in harsh and highly corrosive environments.
It is formulated for use on abrasive blast-cleaned steel and features rapid drying and overcoating times to help accelerate project completion. The product is typically used as part of a multi-coat protective coating system with epoxy and polyurethane topcoats.
Tested in accordance with AS 4100-1998 Appendix J for slip factor evaluation.
Uses
ZINCANODE® 402 EXPRESS is designed to deliver rapid overcoating and durable performance on structures such as commercial buildings, industrial facilities, mining infrastructure, bulk handling equipment, bridges, tanks and steelwork requiring long-term protection.
