Flexituff® HP-7
FLEXITUFF® HP-7 is a fast cure, two component polyurea hybrid elastomer that can be used to create a seamless lining over suitably primed steel and primed concrete surfaces. The excellent abrasion and impact resistance of FLEXITUFF® HP-7 provides a high level of protection against wear and tear. FLEXITUFF® HP-7 can be used as a waterproof lining that affords a barrier to the development of corrosion. FLEXITUFF® HP-7 is a solventless system and cures almost immediately.
Uses
FLEXITUFF® HP-7 applications include use as an abrasion resistant lining in mining and processing applications such as hopper cars, conveyers, and slurry tanks. It is also ideal for use as a waterproof lining in sewerage and waste treatment plants on walls and rake arm assemblies in settling tanks, clarifiers and filters.
